Monday 9:30 am-12:30 pm, Tuesday from 10am-6:00 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9:30am – 4:30pm, 1st Saturday of each month 8am-2pm<\/h3>\n

Applicants need to bring proof of income. There is an administration fee of $35.00 for the first year and $25.00 each year after that.<\/div>\n
